Some Patches With Thanks!

This is a display of some of my dad's patches. The 3rd ACG also earned a Philippines Presidential Commendation but it was not in my dad's keepsakes. Thank you to all you Vets that served in ways now forgotten by most but not lost on those who love the freedom you preserved for us.

Do You Have News of this Squadron?

My dad, Vince Haak, was in this ACG and squadron as they moved from the Philippines to Japan. I have his address book of about 100 names from the 3rd Squadron and would love to hear the history of what they did. I do have a book on the Army Air Commandos called Any Time, Any Place which has a chapter on this squadron. Thanks.
